Dodge 94-07 5.9L Turbo Kits

In a joint engineering effort between BD Diesel Performance and BorgWarner Turbo Systems’ AirWerks, turbo systems for the 5.9L Cummins engine were developed. For a performance “single” replacement, we wanted a turbo that had an air flow range that meets the air demand for stock engines and engines with up to 150 hp modifications. It also had to be responsive and durable enough for street and heavy towing applications and for mild race track applications. Plus, it had to be backed by a one year factory warranty! With these criteria, the BD Super B Turbo series was created.

Designed for 1994-2007 applications, the Super B Single supports modified applications making up to 425 RWHP Rear Wheel Horse Power and offers quick spool-up, cooler EGT’s and no surging. It’s ideal for street, towing and mild competition applications, and can easily be upgraded to a twin system for even more power full engine applications.

All of BD’s Single Turbo Systems are designed for easy, bolt-in replacement, and include an heavy duty sprung waste gate and Turn Buckle, all necessary adapters or new down pipe, V-Band clamps and turbo feed/drain fittings.
