2003-2007 Ford Powerstroke 6.0L EGR Delete Kit

Eliminate sticky EGR valves and replacements of the troublesome and expensive EGR cooler on the Ford 6.0L Power Stroke Diesel by installing an EGR Cooler Delete Kit. The EGR valve is prone to sticking which could create over pressurization of the coolant system and possibly blowing head gaskets due to the EGR cooler leaking into the cylinder. Deleting the EGR cooler also reduces engine water temperature and EGT’s, improve fuel mileage and engine reliability, plus, increases horsepower!

The EGR Cooler Delete Kit includes a high quality stainless exhaust pipe made using robot TIG welds unlike other kits that have bellowed piping that could fail or burst. The kit also contains a Billet Aluminum blocker plate, stainless coolant tube with Viton o-ring, high temperature Silicon heater hose, stainless steel hose clamps and high quality gaskets. This innovative design ensures 100% sealing on the coolant tube.
